Operational Excellence Consultant

Role Description

• Conduct assessment on client’s business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Design comprehensive strategic recommendations in order to achieve improvements recommendations based on data analysis and findings from initial assessment and methodologies.
• Deploy lean implementation in Client’s organization by collaborating with the client management team
• Evaluate the success of lean implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in managing project.
• Have a deep understanding of business process, lean implementation, and project management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills (preferably understand Statistical Process Control/SPC (e.g. Minitab, Stata, or other tools), Root Cause Analysis (fishbone, 5 whys, NGT, Kaizen Burst, etc.)).
• Have a good pitching skill (simplify the complex problem, propose solution, and pitch).
• Can collaborate with various internal and external teams.
• Ability to manage projects well and meet deadlines.

Preferable Certification

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Certification, TQM, IRCA CQI Lead Auditor, etc.
